Boom International Holdings (USA), Inc. in Ontario, CA seeks Management Analyst. Evaluate each component of the business. Conduct organizational studies, and develop and implement management procedures to enable efficient performance within and between divisions of the company. Gather and monitor data according to the company’s sales performance, exports, inventory, order tracking, and timely delivery to dealerships and individual customers. Conduct analyses to determine the need and distribution of financial resources, inventory replenishment and volume control, and staffing personnel per management policies in order to achieve operational efficiency. Build new and review existing operational models to identify and resolve bottlenecking in the workflow. Perform cost-profit analysis using e-view, SQL, Tableau, SAS Data Management and prepare profit-loss reports to advise management for use in budget allocation between different operational areas. Assist in the protocols and planning process for potential reinvestment and business expansion into new product lines. Conduct market research to generate a clear market strategy for current and proposed product lines in compliance with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s and California Air Resources Board’s standards and regulations for the management teams review. The position will supervise 4-5 subordinate employees (2 Sales Managers, 1 Accountant, 1 Warehouse Manager, and 1 Chinese Team Member).
Requirements: Master’s (or foreign equivalent) of Business Administration or closely related field. 2 years of experience in the following: motorcycle or auto industry; trade and automotive compliance regulations; and market research for development of new product line or new brand strategy. Experience can be gained pre-, post- or during completion of Master’s degree. Must also possess working knowledge of the following: multivariate analysis; conducting cost-profit reports and analysis using SQL or Tableau; adjusting budget allocations using detailed flexible budget variances methods; and value chain integration and optimization of workflow using economic order quantity. Working knowledge can be gained through experience, education, training or any combination thereof. Up to 5% international travel to China.
